How do tokens work?

Each AI generation uses tokens. New users get free tokens to start, and you can buy more token packs anytime inside the app (Settings → Get More Tokens). Tokens never expire.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your purchased tokens are tied to your Apple ID.

A generation failed — was I charged?

If a generation fails, the tokens are not consumed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us by email with the date and details and we'll make it right.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.

What happens to my photos?

Photos you upload are processed to generate your result and are not stored on our servers. Your generated images are saved to your in-app gallery. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests for in-app purchases are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
