By downloading or using Vium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Vium is an AI-powered photo styling app. You upload a photo, choose a style, and the app generates a styled version using third-party AI providers (OpenRouter / Google Gemini). Vium does not store your original photos on its servers.
You retain full ownership of photos you upload. By using the app, you grant Vium a temporary, limited license to send your photo to AI processing providers solely for the purpose of generating a styled result. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
Vium offers generation credits as consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire. Credits are tied to your Apple ID account and can be restored if lost — contact dmk.psx@gmail.com. You may use Vium as a guest (data stored locally on your device only) or with an account via Sign in with Apple or Google. Guest accounts cannot purchase credits. If you uninstall the app as a guest, your generated photos and credits will be permanently deleted. Signed-in accounts have credits stored in our database and can be recovered after reinstalling.
Signed-in users may permanently delete their account and all associated data at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account inside the Vium app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Images in Vium are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected; they are for personal, creative and entertainment use. You agree not to: • Upload photos of minors for AI styling without parental consent • Upload photos of other people without their consent, or impersonate, defame or deceive others (no misleading "deepfakes") • Create content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable • Use the app for any illegal purpose or to infringe third-party rights • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or circumvent limits of the service We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Vium uses the following third-party services: • OpenRouter / Google Gemini — AI image processing • Supabase — authentication and account data • Apple Sign In / Google Sign-In — authentication • Apple App Store — in-app purchase processing Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
Vium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
